Carrot Apple Slaw
A cooling and refreshing slaw for hot days!
Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded carrots (3+ carrots)
- 3 cups shredded apples (4-5)
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Enjoy.
