Carrot Apple Slaw

A cooling and refreshing slaw for hot days!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded carrots (3+ carrots)
  • 3 cups shredded apples (4-5)
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Enjoy.
