We offer fresh mushrooms as a bi-weekly share, as well as fresh and dried mushrooms for sale in the CSA Shop. Varieties vary depending on what’s ready to be harvested by our producer and typically include oyster mushrooms, lion’s mane mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and more.

Dried Oyster Mushrooms
Dried oyster mushrooms from Desert Pearl Mushrooms are great to add to soups, stews, sauces, and more.
Oyster mushrooms
Oyster mushroom varieties such as black king, phoenix, blue, and pink oyster mushrooms offer a great source of protein, calcium, vitamins and minerals.
Lion’s mane mushrooms
Lion’s mane mushrooms are suggested to have medicinal properties and have a great flavor and texture that’s almost crab-like.
Mushroom Shares
Bi-weekly shares of mushroom consist of 4oz bag of a variety of mushrooms, the most common being an Oyster mushroom variety. $6/week
